1. Copyrights

At Payper Publishing, clients retain full ownership of the content we deliver. Once the final deliverable is completed and approved, you hold all rights to the material and may use it as you see fit.

2. Payment

Full payment is generally required before starting any project to ensure timely processing. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their payment.

3. Revisions

We offer a 14-day revision period after project delivery, which may be extended in certain cases. Turnaround times depend on project type:

  • 24-hour projects: revisions within 24 hours
  • 24–48 hour projects: revisions within 48 hours
  • Longer-term projects: revisions within 72 hours

4. Project Conditions

Before beginning a project, Payper Publishing conducts consultations to confirm your requirements and objectives. Any changes to project scope or services are communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered after deducting applicable transaction fees ($150 or 10% of total payment, whichever is lower) if made before project submission.

  • Refunds are not available after 90 days from purchase or after final approval of the project.
  • Partial refunds may apply:
    • 75% refundable before design or production begins
    • 50% refundable once work has started but before final approval
    • No refunds after final approval

If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss possible solutions. Refunds or adjustments are evaluated fairly based on service completion and revision eligibility.

6. Terms of Use

All content, materials, and services provided by Payper Publishing are subject to these Terms of Use. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what is stated here.

Payper Publishing is not liable for damages or losses resulting from errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access related to website use or service operation.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Payper Publishing harmless against any third-party claims arising from misuse of services or violations of intellectual property or privacy rights.

This agreement does not create employment, joint venture, or partnership relationships between Payper Publishing and its clients.

Communication Frequency
